Cancellation Policy: 

If changes become necessary, please send written notice to the University of Utah Conference & Event Management department (cgrant@conferences.utah.edu) or call 801-587-1005. Changes must be made by 5 pm MDT Friday, September 29, 2023.

Notification of cancellation of exhibit space must be submitted in writing on company letterhead and signed by an officer of the company. Upon receipt of written notice, refunds will be issued based on the below timeline.

61 – 90 days prior to event: Full Refund
31 – 60 days prior to event: 50% of the original exhibit space cost
0 – 30 days prior to event: No Refund
