The importance of reserving a room at The Sheraton Park City for the Park City Epilepsy Meeting (PCE 2023) cannot be stressed enough. The conference organizers and the University of Utah have made every effort to find the right venue that will meet the needs and goals of the conference while keeping participant expenses in mind. The best hotel rates have been negotiated. When PCE 2023 attendees reserve a room at The Sheraton Park City, they show their support of the meeting and help make the event a financial success.

Lodging reservations should be made by 9/22/2023 as the discounted conference rate will no longer be available after that date. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Guests can make a lodging reservation by calling 435-649-2900 and mentioning the group name Park City Epilepsy Meeting 2023 or online.

All rates quoted are per room per night, not including taxes, $15 destination fee, etc. Tax and destination fee will be added to each room for each night. Breakfast is not included in the room rate.

Please be aware the Sheraton reservation website is programmed to add a $30 destination fee to reservations made online instead of the contracted $15 fee for PCE meeting guests. Therefore, the subtotal online for your reservation will be inaccurate. Online reservations do not require full payment up front. Your reservation total will reflect the correct $15 destination fee at checkout.
